There was this one guy who i used to know called wrightson. He was very small and just plain looking. Most people would like him, would never bully him etc... but i was always targetted and hated. Spat on in one case. Couldnt understand why until i became 16 and people who dont know each other used to say i should be a modem etc.. people shocked at my looks etc ... now i know why.

My god this happened to me at a new bar I was working at. The dudes constantly had something to say. They even tried to talk down about me to the women there. Guess what? Those women still hung out with me.

Why is it that guys can work out together and look in a mirror and say things like, man, my arms are getting huge, and the other guys will support him and say, yeah, great job. But if that same guy looks in the mirror and says “damn, I’m handsome”, his buddies will get pissed off and tell him to quit being a narcissistic asshole. What the hell is the difference between these two positive self-assessments?

Oddly enough, I get more compliments on my looks from men (straight men), than I do from women.

I remember when I got a haircut in the 6th grade and when I arrived at school all the other boys in my grade and 7th grade were making fun of me ,the same thing happened in the 7 th grade when I went bald,I stayed to receive a lot more attention from my female classmates and I automatically became a target for some people ,they couldn’t help but try to derail me in anyway

17 here. 5’10, I have a good-looking physique, my lifts are good, and I’ve heard it over and over: my face card is lethal. I’ve even been called a player by girls at some point. My ex literally confessed that she was jealous because I was ”so hot” compared to her. I have 1-2 close friends, no more. I don’t get invited to parties, and people are generally mean to me, except girls. Girls keep looking at me in public, and when I talk to them, they all seem super excited. The only downside with this is that I’m not attracting what I want to attract: People who genuinely care about me. I don’t want to boast or give the reader a taste of my ”smug” attitude, but this has been my reality since the start of high school. People shove me off and give me the cold shoulder, especially guys - they just flat out dismiss me. I’m very friendly and I have a lot of empathy, but people seem to doubt my intentions and me in general. It’s fucking horrible. Life as a ”chad” isn’t all roses and butterflies and drowning in women and opportunities for succes - no, it’s the other way around. So when I see men complain about not getting women, I fight the urge to tell them that it’s not all that. It’s not what it’s been made out to be. Sure, having a woman is good, but it’s not what life is about. Life’s about so much more, and it’s difficult to reach when everyone keeps dismissing you based on their perceptions of you.

one thing for sure some guys are not confident enough afraid their ladies will run away from them. i've had guys threatening and wanting to meet me for a fight. the funny thing is I'm not even good looking. or their gals isn't even worth my effort. I'm just friendly. it's not as if they're attracted to me. but, guys being guys. Once I was speaking to some guy in a gas station. It was just a normal convo, nothing out of the ordinary, then suddenly I feel this "thing" inside me fixating on this dudes eyes and giving HIM the gaze. I'm like whaaaaaaaaat tf is this?! I am uncomfortable and promptly end the convo, then I think for a moment and realize the guy is my girlfriend's type.

I confront her on this, about "checking other men out through me" and you know what she says? She said she experienced the EXACT same phenomenon when speaking to a blonde woman before! Hahaha! She said she was baffled when experiencing attraction to a blonde woman then realized she was exactly the type I'd be attracted to, and that I was checking the woman out through her. In the workforce I was a very young man and had people who hated me, invited me out and hated me more because I said no and it hurt their ego's. I mogged all of them, got more compliments and interest from customers. Had women that didn't like men giving me the eyes aswell which I can't unsee.
