I do not understand why in olympic shooting they shoot very down from the target. Isn't that unrealistic?

Make sure you’re 2 feet away from the target as well that’s very important for accuracy

All great tips but I believe the best tip is learning ... NOT TO FLINCH. The trick to shooting accurately is all in your finger. Once you learn to squeeze steadily on the trigger and not anticipate the gun going off, your shooting will improve 1000%. You simply have to tell yourself "keep the pressure steady and be surprised when the gun goes off". Most people squeeze the trigger and then when they think the gun is going to fire, they have a mini panic attack and flinch and yank the trigger all the way. The front sight is going to move, wobble, shake and your job is not to try to keep it rock solid and steady but to relax and keep the front sight hovering around and on the bullseye as best you can, or whatever target you're aiming at. Squeeze the trigger with steady pressure while the front sight is moving ...just keep squeezing. The first time you do it right, you'll know it. It's like riding a bike. Once you get it and see how it works, YOU GOT IT. You will become a decent marksman and never forget how it's done.

The shooting range I went too wanted both the shooting goggles and ear miffs in order to pass the license to carry precision test.

Now I can get revenge from the sniper :D

Bruh when I was 6 with Airsoft guns I already did this lol. Now I am 11 and doing 3 gun competitions and I was hoping this video would help with my follow up shot but now I am watching a guy that might shoot his hand off and has no eye protection.

I'm sitting in my car at the shooting range in tears because I can hit on target for nothing ( I'm very competitive). I'm about to go back and and use these tips.
