Homelessness is an issue that needs to be talked about because it can't be ignored anymore.

You should see Downtown San Jose: lots to do and very few homeless people. Very clean and with cool urban feel.

I love it 100 percent. Thank you! I love my Colorado! Hope you can make more videos of just the big Colorado and its cities history! with mountains and rivers and sports. It amazes me I’m from Denver and you know more history than I do. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ definitely to my collection video. Great video!!!

Yes, that is my High School in the beginning. Except there was no "E" out front when I went. I was bussed in from the suburbs in the late 70's.

Pro Tip: Video in low light or early evening will be brighter when you use 30fps because each frame is exposed twice as long

To be fair, Denver did beat the Chiefs (24-9) last Sunday, the 29th of October. But yeah, the Broncos were hurting for that win.

Finally getting around to watching this video. I agree with you Chris that a downtown area should be walkable. Driving there is not only pumping pollution onto pedestrians but it is a hazard. Being able to walk allows you to find more places and good for health. LoDo is both being trendy and lazy.

This is a pretty exaggerated video. I’ve lived here for 40 years and there has ALWAYS been homeless people. As the population grows, so does the homelessness. That happens in all big cities

Kansas City Chiefs are the Kansas City Missouri Chiefs. There's two Kansas Citys. One in Kansas and Missouri. They don't play in Kansas and isn't associated with Kansas side.

It's easy to take the light rail from Union Station in LoDo to Empower Field so it's still convenient to go to any of the sports events without having to deal with traffic and parking.

The more authentic way to understand what happened is like this...
Denver was built by non-progressive polices and communities for many decades, well over a century...
After it was established, progressives began to move in slowly from the outside or from Uni and when they took over what was established, they took credit....
Then when things began to fall apart because of progressive policies, they washed their hands of any responsibility....
Wash and repeat for the past 200 years...

I've lived in in Denver for 7 months and ive parked all around downtown, now granted I do not leave any of my valuables in my car and I keep a club on my wheel and lock it. I would recommend this to anyone who lives in a big city because you never know. But out of my whole time living here, I've only witnessed a car getting broken into once! haven't witnessed any other crimes aside from that

When you say “bored guy” / “board guy” thats me and now that i’ve been removing myself from depression and exploring the city… Denver is built for you to get lost in, everything is so close and convenient.. not to mention the transportation of lime scooters or bikes. Thank you for this coverage, i love hearing history about this place. This place has been good to me.

I’m a native of Denver and it’s always had a homeless problem. I would catch the rtd growing up and saw wild things because of the sheer craziness out there. Everything went down hill once 420 was recreationally legalized. There was a mass influx of people and it raised the economic disparity amongst people. I left 8+ years ago because I knew it was only going to get worse.

I am a Colorado native, born in 57...I have been to many places across the state, mostley
in the mountains and desert places...Mesa Verde in the southern part of the state is truly
spectacular..You can walk right into it and walk around...The sand dunes in the southern
part of the state is also spectacular...There is a mountain range right in the same region.
The quiet here is very soothing and you can really unwind and just enjoy the quiet .............
The urban regions in down town are worth a look as well...Go to the Art museum and
visit City Park....Explore the down town mall while you are there ...........................................
