Will you ever visit the Dakotas?
ОтветитьBidenomics at its best America and its Citizens are damned. Biden’s administration could care less about you as a American
ОтветитьHomelessness is an issue that needs to be talked about because it can't be ignored anymore.
ОтветитьYou should see Downtown San Jose: lots to do and very few homeless people. Very clean and with cool urban feel.
ОтветитьI love it 100 percent. Thank you! I love my Colorado! Hope you can make more videos of just the big Colorado and its cities history! with mountains and rivers and sports. It amazes me I’m from Denver and you know more history than I do. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ definitely to my collection video. Great video!!!
ОтветитьYes, that is my High School in the beginning. Except there was no "E" out front when I went. I was bussed in from the suburbs in the late 70's.
ОтветитьPro Tip: Video in low light or early evening will be brighter when you use 30fps because each frame is exposed twice as long
ОтветитьTo be fair, Denver did beat the Chiefs (24-9) last Sunday, the 29th of October. But yeah, the Broncos were hurting for that win.
ОтветитьI grew up in aurora, but id say i dont know the area anymore. I was one of the many people priced out after legal rec 🙃
ОтветитьFinally getting around to watching this video. I agree with you Chris that a downtown area should be walkable. Driving there is not only pumping pollution onto pedestrians but it is a hazard. Being able to walk allows you to find more places and good for health. LoDo is both being trendy and lazy.
Ответитьhave not watched in a while. but i love these videos. hope to meet you chris one day.
ОтветитьThank you for the footage and raw real truth!
ОтветитьGreat Video!
ОтветитьThis is a pretty exaggerated video. I’ve lived here for 40 years and there has ALWAYS been homeless people. As the population grows, so does the homelessness. That happens in all big cities
ОтветитьIt was before people migrated here from other states.
ОтветитьKansas City Chiefs are the Kansas City Missouri Chiefs. There's two Kansas Citys. One in Kansas and Missouri. They don't play in Kansas and isn't associated with Kansas side.
ОтветитьIt's easy to take the light rail from Union Station in LoDo to Empower Field so it's still convenient to go to any of the sports events without having to deal with traffic and parking.
ОтветитьNice video. I miss cruising a metro taxi cab around Denver town." Lo, do" was an old phrase referring to the party area around 15' and Market.
ОтветитьThe more authentic way to understand what happened is like this...
Denver was built by non-progressive polices and communities for many decades, well over a century...
After it was established, progressives began to move in slowly from the outside or from Uni and when they took over what was established, they took credit....
Then when things began to fall apart because of progressive policies, they washed their hands of any responsibility....
Wash and repeat for the past 200 years...
Yeah, and people not stopping at stop signs!
ОтветитьI’ll visit this year for sure and see what’s up! A lot of my coworkers live there so I’m curious.
ОтветитьWTF where are all the cars and pedestrians? I remember how crowded Denver's downtown was when I lived there.. I remember u could not find any parking space .. it looks like a ghost town on this video. 🤔
ОтветитьI've lived in in Denver for 7 months and ive parked all around downtown, now granted I do not leave any of my valuables in my car and I keep a club on my wheel and lock it. I would recommend this to anyone who lives in a big city because you never know. But out of my whole time living here, I've only witnessed a car getting broken into once! haven't witnessed any other crimes aside from that
ОтветитьIf you really want to see Denver, check out Regan Bensen
ОтветитьWhat's the name of the music need to add to my playlist while driving around downtown Denver...im always down town
ОтветитьWhen you say “bored guy” / “board guy” thats me and now that i’ve been removing myself from depression and exploring the city… Denver is built for you to get lost in, everything is so close and convenient.. not to mention the transportation of lime scooters or bikes. Thank you for this coverage, i love hearing history about this place. This place has been good to me.
ОтветитьWhat month and year did you film this? It looks like the city is pretty dead with nobody around..
ОтветитьI’m a native of Denver and it’s always had a homeless problem. I would catch the rtd growing up and saw wild things because of the sheer craziness out there. Everything went down hill once 420 was recreationally legalized. There was a mass influx of people and it raised the economic disparity amongst people. I left 8+ years ago because I knew it was only going to get worse.
ОтветитьIs disgusting now. Fentanyl, Homeless, Addicts and all that comes with them. Urine, poop and trash. They get high everywhere and anywhere.
ОтветитьDamn, where are people?
ОтветитьI left Denver in 2019 and man the homeless was bad - crazy bad. It's such a great city, sucks that they let that happen
ОтветитьLived in Denver for 65 years, I can tell you it’s better days are over.❤
ОтветитьYou need to do an updated Denver video. Where's all homeless and migrants everywhere.
ОтветитьProgressives and Democrats are Denver’s complete destruction
ОтветитьAs far as the skyline, what about the Cash Register building? You know, the one that had an incident in the nineties? Hmm.
ОтветитьPuke! Awful video.
ОтветитьMy husband and I went there last April on vacation. We loved the restaurants, Downtown Aquarium and the Zoo. Very nice city. ❤
ОтветитьI am a Colorado native, born in 57...I have been to many places across the state, mostley
in the mountains and desert places...Mesa Verde in the southern part of the state is truly
spectacular..You can walk right into it and walk around...The sand dunes in the southern
part of the state is also spectacular...There is a mountain range right in the same region.
The quiet here is very soothing and you can really unwind and just enjoy the quiet .............
The urban regions in down town are worth a look as well...Go to the Art museum and
visit City Park....Explore the down town mall while you are there ...........................................
People DO NOT come to Denver to see the aquarium!😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьNever been there , never going 😮
ОтветитьIt went democrat
ОтветитьAll of the gentrification has killed Denver
ОтветитьLooks like Denver is becoming little San Fran.
ОтветитьDenver cops are corrupt anyway. It doesn't make much of a difference.
ОтветитьLol this dude clearly doesn't live here
ОтветитьAge 67 born in Denver. It breaks my heart of how bad the crime, homelessness, tents and how dirty its become. Ever since they legalized marijuana its gone down hill ever since.😒
ОтветитьOh God I won't even go downtown to drive through anymore
Ответить
