I cried so much today and I also didn't eat in 2days because I wasnt feeling good so i came home today light headed from not eating and a horrible migraine and my head is hurting so bad right now

You have to be patient, I started to feel better after 10 minutes. Just turn the lights off, lay down and relax.

I have haad a constant low grade headache which increases steadily through the day and then remains constant after work hours for more than a month now. And today it is just soo painful that I can almost hear the throbbing in my left eye, left jaw and left temple. I hope it goes away soon. I really want to feel pain free and at ease.

I found this a month ago so helpful I play it and before you know I’m sleep I take medicine and if you have peppermint oil or Vic’s rub on the sides of your temples and behind your ears it helps also

I have terrible, extreme anxiety. Im just doing what i can to get through the day. Painting, taking a bike ride, journaling, listening to this music...im just trying to fill the hours with doung anything that works. Thank goodness i have an actual schedule tommorrow, unstructed time is not helping anxiety.
