I love the Canucks' pick. He's a pure sniper who can beat you with multiple different types of shots. This team struggled on the PP the past few years and Lekkerimaki is a PP specialist. Obviously, this team needs more size, but we'll see what the lineup looks like on the ice this year. If he pans out as a 30-40 goal scorer in the NHL, it will be a great pick. Podkolzin projects as a top 6 forward and he plays a heavy game. Bo is a 2nd line centre and he's a physical, gritty player. Sure, a D man would have been nice, but if this guy turns out to be the BPA at #15, I can't argue with it and Allvin and Co are pretty familiar with this guy and have the Sedins and Samuelsson to mentor him. He's only 17. Plenty of time to develop into a top 6 sniper.

Very impressed with first-round picks. Definitely a new generation of athletes. Salutations de Montréal.
