Nice ❤
ОтветитьI just tried it in the pool! Amazing the increase in the distance I get in the push off if I take the time to have my arms fully extended before pushing from the wall. The water feel different at push off. I will start doing it every time. I reach beyond the flag before having to give any butter fly kick. Pretty cool! Thank you! 👍👍👍
ОтветитьI must acknowledge that, if only one thing I can say: it was Streamline technique that transformed my level to kind of quasi-pro (hope I am not too cheeky:)
ОтветитьSo helpful!
ОтветитьI've been working on this, I'm finally getting the hang of it
ОтветитьI’m a decent swimmer I go 54.2 and 51.2 in the 100lcm fly and free respectively. I’m certain as of right now I’m faster on the surface. For now…
Ответить! Excellent Thank You!
ОтветитьAnother thing I found that really helps with your streamline is if you go to a rec center that has limited lanes and you have to share a lane with someone. It forces you to streamline your body so you're not hitting each other in the lane.
ОтветитьGood video. Hi from Tunisia 🇹🇳
ОтветитьVERY Helpful!!
Ответитьmy coach forced us to watch this lols
Ответить❤️❤️❤️ I just learned how to swim I absolutely love it it is so fun to swim
Ответитьwait... water is 800x more dense than air??
ОтветитьTop water Gun, thanks a lot, best instructor video,

By far, the most common problem with getting a perfect stream line is a slight arch in the back. All of the swimmers here do this. Not sure if that was you, male in blue trunks, but that was probably the best example of an arched back. Best advice I ever heard was from a Speedo Coach who said, 'suck in your gut like you are trying to put your belly button on your spine'. Most have to go to a slight pike/dish in the opposite direction. Getting that arrow/torpedo shape is the key. Banana doesn't go as far...
ОтветитьWhat do you guys think about overlapping hands when doing flip turns, does it "feel" better or is "it" better to rotate in the direction according to the overlapping hand, so right hand underneath the left hand when rotating right (frontal area facing up), or left hand underneath right when rotating right for example.
ОтветитьI wed to work on my dolphin kick off the wall. It’s not fluid and seems awkward.
ОтветитьMaybe I should start swimming 🏊♂️ 🤔 😬 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Ответить10/10 would bang
ОтветитьGreat, have yo work on my dolphin kick here, thank you..
ОтветитьHow deep should you be when pushing off the wall & when should you start stroking? Thanks.
ОтветитьOk now I think I’ve confirmed that my coach watches these videos to make our sets
ОтветитьSomehow, in my country, the word "streamline" has replaced the "underwater dolphin kick". And its meaning as the body position that minimizes drag is not recognized.
ОтветитьWhat should I do if I have hyper flexibility and double jointed through out my whole body
ОтветитьI thought streamline and underwater are the most important in swimming
ОтветитьI’m tight through my thoracic spine.
So a challenge for me.
My problem as I do my workout is lung capacity. I don’t have enough oxygen in my lungs to do 4 dolphin kicks.
ОтветитьVery good. Thank you.
ОтветитьNice! Swimming underwater is a lot more fun than above water :)
ОтветитьI definitely gotta work on my streamline dolphin kick!
