I do have a slight concern/question. If you're using the marinade that raw meat was in as a finishing sauce later, wouldn't that be dangerous? Particularly for meats like chicken or pork? Is there a way to maybe heat it up for a bit to kill anything off like you would with cooking the meat?

Please be careful when using the leftover marinade as sauce! For the same reason you wouldn’t eat raw meat, it can contain bacteria that will get into the sauce so please be aware of this before you add it to your dishes!
