Really like the chipmunk music. Cute.
ОтветитьThanks for putting a great video together I’ve got all sorts of polishes and one of them is the 3M system what do you think of the ultra fine 3m polish on an ultra fine pad as a total finisher, I stopped using it after hearing the word fillers but you’ve maybe allowed me to use 300$ of 3M product thanks so much.
ОтветитьMan, that car was so shinny to begin with. Now I need new retinas!
ОтветитьLove you guys.................But............... clean perfect appeaing vehicles before... no side by side, before and after shots... Your production is severely severely lacking. I KNOW,, you know what you're doing, but you have got to show one door done, other untouched.. Watch AMD detailing to see top of the line work
ОтветитьWill your polish remove defects like swirls and light scratches?
ОтветитьGentlemen is it advisable to damp the pad but use other brand polish?
ОтветитьGreat video guys. I have been asked to detail a 1962 Impala that has faded paint (original paint). The body is solid and no plastic filler (aka - bondo). What would you recommend to bring life back? Should I 2-step it with a compound then polish? And, can you ceramic coat old paint? Thank you!
ОтветитьYou guys are on fire right now.... Love the content and the products
ОтветитьI want to try to do this at home but afraid damage my car
ОтветитьLooks to complicated
ОтветитьAbsolute workhorse.
ОтветитьSo i dont need to use compound prior to this?
ОтветитьInteresting,, but how much area does a squirt of spray wax get you? Don't you need to keep reapplying the pad.
Ответитьand keep that pad clean
Ответитьpaint overspray on the windows? Must have been the crappiest chop shop paint job ever of the windows were not covered for painting.
ОтветитьGreat video! I'm learning so much from all of DIY videos! Can someone be so kind to give me the name of the random orbital sander?
Ответитьwhat is this brand sander please ?
ОтветитьSo i can use my orbital sander to polish? I have a DeWalt that's been stored for a couple years now.
ОтветитьI’ve told folks for years you don’t need a $400 Rupes or Flex DA polisher. You can do the same job with a $80 Bauer polisher from Harbor Freight😂. Now the more expensive machines will be smoother and give a more pleasurable experience but a 15mm throw machine is a 15mm throw machine regardless of who makes it. Great video. I’m really enjoying the Gold Standard Polish!
ОтветитьLike a mirror 👍
ОтветитьThe "no touch decon" link didn't appear for me....
ОтветитьJust re the glass - I had a very surprising experience. I was trying to remove a stubborn "film" of grime on my brand new car, and tried a compound (Optimum Intensive Polish), by hand, with a small foam pad. (orange CCS). It created micro-marring! I had watched a video on the Obsessed Garage channel where Matt said "use the most aggressive stuff you have" (in the context of thoroughly cleaning the glass before applying a glass sealant). It appears to me that glass, despite it's hardness, still has to be treated with great care!
ОтветитьSo you don't use the lake country pad washer anymore? Is that because of the new polish?
ОтветитьWhere is the before/after? This didn’t show much
ОтветитьHmmmm, A black Miata is My next full detail. Hopefully My DIY package will arrive by tomorrow afternoon. Looking forward to using The Gold Standard spray polish and Your pads. Informative video as always! Thank You!!!
ОтветитьLove it. Please consider doing a video for white cars.
ОтветитьNice vid great vibes
ОтветитьQuick question. I have bought multiple products and have used them on family and friends cars. About to start a side job of detailing and wanted to know what products I should buy and have ready to use? I want to have all I need and spend then $ on the front end and make sure I have all I need at my disposal from day one. Thanks.
ОтветитьSh*t advice, thanks
ОтветитьThanks for the tips! i just bought myself a black car and was wondering how to best detail it
ОтветитьWhat rpm are you using with the milwaukee
ОтветитьYou guys are going to disrupt the industry in a big way 👌🏽 Do you ship to England as I’m defo going to buy some of your products 😊
ОтветитьWhat speed setting do you use?
ОтветитьFor the rinseless wipe after working the polish, instead of a dampened towel, is it as effective to maybe spray a rinseless solution where you were just polishing and spray the towel then wipe? I hesitate to ask if you CAN because of course you CAN, just curious if it would work as well. Love the channel! You guys rock!
ОтветитьI polished myself trying to learn and have slight buffer trails on the black paint. Any pointers?
ОтветитьLove You Guys Videos and how you teach us to be Better Auto Detailing Weekend Warriors!
ОтветитьEverywhere I read tells me not to polish with an orbital sander as you can’t adjust the speed low enough, even at the lowest setting, and the orbital diameter is too small. With all your experience will a palm sander do just as good of job polishing using the same method and without adding risk to the paint? Using the DIY polish and pad of course….
ОтветитьHey DIY guys! I just used these methods with the gold standard system on black paint! I got amazing results! Just curious about the purple pads as I will be doing another vehicle with heavier paint defects. My question is can I wash my purple pad the same as the yellow pad in rinseless like you guys demonstrated in this video?
ОтветитьWhy do these polishing vids always start with a highly polished car? Sorry life’s too short and more interesting things to do and see here in the UK! 😴
ОтветитьIs it just a standard 256:1 in the rinseless bucket?
ОтветитьHi! We love your videos! Question, is this sun friendly for us mobile detailers?
ОтветитьVery good methods, wish I could’ve seen the paint
ОтветитьGreat content always! Why is a damp pad better, better for polishing but not correction? Your product is just for enhancing not correction ? Thank you
ОтветитьDoes your Gold Standard perform similarly to Hyper Polish? Would love to pick up a bottle of yours, but I have almost a whole full bottle of HP. I'll have to wait till that's gone first.
ОтветитьHow do i avoid pig tails…. Even tho keeping pad flat and DA speed around 4/5 and doing 5/6 passes
ОтветитьDoes this yellow foam waffle pad replace the black foam waffle pad that you have used for a long time?
ОтветитьHow’s the polish and pad on a paint corrections
Ответить
