I always ask for barbecue sauce with my chicken balls 😋 also, people who say crap about msg are just dimwits, it’s a naturally occurring salt in many, many foods we already eat.

Well I finally got some MSG (and flour) and my god how can it change the food like it does , did some food for my dad and he sat there smiling said it was better then local takeaway , and that’s a good thing as he’s a man of not so many words 🤣

Got the cook book AMAZING. You pay not that much and then can make Chinese takeaway at home. When they say it’s as good or better than it’s exactly that. The recipes I’ve used are always referred to as the best Chinese takeaway food they’ve ever had Keep it up chin and choo 👊
