Hi Doc when is the best time of day to be doing these exercises?
ОтветитьDr. Saunders, can you please come to Atlanta GA to treat us for six weeks. I could get so many patients for you. 😂❤. I am just joking, but you are truly the best chiropractor I have seen. Been to so many here and Yuck😢!!. I watch you videos daily on my TV. I have lower back pain especially in the left side. I can be walking and it just locks up and I can't walk. When that happens it radiates down my leg.The neck and arms exercises are truly helping me tremendously. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьI have been in kiro for years because my neck is 40mm out of position. Does this also work when you have a very flexible spine?
Ответитьhi. do you recommend these postures for post neck injury in the occipital area from overstrain? how would you modify them...
ОтветитьOMG do I need this. I couldn't even get through one set of 10 reps without resting and man does it burn, but it feels good. I will finish up my other 2 sets of reps after a short rest. Thank you so much, Dr.!
ОтветитьHow long does it take to see results, also, what do I use if I don't have a resistance band?
ОтветитьWhat if I don't have enough wall to do this exercise? Can it be done in mid air?
ОтветитьThe hump that I have is not fats. When I touch it, I feel it as a prominent bone at the back of my neck🥲💔
ОтветитьHypermobility can cause this, very common with people with ADHD. Its our muscles working overtime to hold us together.
ОтветитьGreat video! I suggest taking a look at your mic as there seem to be jumps in audio loudness and bassiness/crunchiness.
ОтветитьUhg I need to do these!!! I can barely get my head to the wall. Is it ok to step my feet out a bit?
ОтветитьPlease fix the audio. It fluctuates high and low suddenly and is very uncomfortable to listen to with earphones in.
ОтветитьMy obgyn told me its also a symptom of pcos. I have PCOS, but i think mine is from breast feeding and weak pelvic floor/weak core muscles. Ive been doing excersizes and stretches for this semi consistently and havent seen improvement. I think i need to fix those other issues first. So daunting 😭 i enjoy your videos on this though and will continue to do the exercises.
ОтветитьWhat if we have a neck hump and a nerve test shows compression in cervical spine?
ОтветитьWill try this for sure
Ответитьvery impressive
ОтветитьThank you so much. I am overcoming a lifetime of depression and I could barely get through 5 reps and I had to take a break. I’m going to practice and build up strength so I can get to 3 sets of 10.
ОтветитьThank you I will do it 💝
ОтветитьLove your clear explanations! Thank you very much. And just something more, this posture I think maybe could be caused because of a liver, emotional, and/or cranial issues… what do you think about it?
Hugs from 🇺🇾
Nobody is getting love drunk off these humps. 😭
ОтветитьNobody is getting love drunk off these humps. 😭
ОтветитьWhew!! I can't get my arms up against the wall in the Y . Hurts like hell. I do have fibromyalgia..and arthritis.. Could that be the problem??
ОтветитьHello Doctor thank you very much for posting these very helpful videos. I wanted to know where are you based? If someone wants a treatment from you.
ОтветитьThank you so much, this is so effective!!
ОтветитьInstead of a wall, will this exercise work laying on the floor?
ОтветитьI ve been practising these exercises but i feel tingling sensation, and pain in my left whole arm and hand. Idk why. I have a neck pain and left side is worse than the other. Should i continue this exercise even it hurts ? Thank u so much:-)
ОтветитьI have a shoulder injury which has resulted in a problem with my rotary cuff, so I can't actually raise my arms very high. Is there another version of this exercise I could try (I have alot of pain from bad posture / neck hump etc and am trying to find a way to strengthen / stretch my back and improve my posture and shoulder pain). Thank you very much
Ответитьit hurts my head
ОтветитьI just found this last night when I noticed my neck hump. I tried the part 3 video for sleeping but I'm a chronic side sleeper and I move around a ton so it'll take practice. I feel like it's important to note that even lying in that position or doing these exercises for part of the expected duration is still better than doing nothing at all, it just might take longer. Man did these exercises burn
ОтветитьGreat exercises and calming voice thanks
ОтветитьI’m gonna try this rn
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video! I injured my neck years ago and my hump has never fully been addressed. I feel more confident speaking to my Drs now. Do you engage your rhomboids throughout the duration of this exercise?
ОтветитьThank you‼
ОтветитьCanadians are what any respectable American wishes they were (I'm Californian,). They seem genuinely nice, polite, interested in making EVERYONE better, intelligent, their government doesn't seem to impose on other countries, and drugs are basically legal there (I think?). I'm looking forward to visiting!
ОтветитьThe way you explain the things it’s amazing, even for me that my first lenguaje it’s Spanish ! I appreciate this information 👌🏻
ОтветитьThank you!!! I can feel it working as you said. But, I can do it. It doesn't hurt. Thank you!!
ОтветитьDoctor, mid area got a painfull
Ответитьoo yay ty
ОтветитьI tried doing this and felt more burn in my arms then in my neck and shoulders. Is this normal at first, or am I doing it wrong? I watched the video and copied the exact moves a few different times and had the same results.
ОтветитьDoctor, I am 77 years old and about 5’6” tall. I have had the Dowager’s hump for awhile, I guess. I know I have not been able in over 20 years to stand against the wall and put the back of my hands against the wall. I even had therapists guide work with me. No one explained the why. I tried the wall exercise, but I can’t assume the beginning position. I do have a what’s called a “barrel chest” from mild COPD. I have recently visited my chiropractor 3 times for help with a stiff neck. Any suggestions?
ОтветитьGonna give this a try. I've had poor posture since I was a kid. I'm 43 now.
ОтветитьHello, I’d like to know if the YWT exercise could be done laying down flat on the floor, instead of up against the wall?
ОтветитьThanks!! This is a posture saving gift.
ОтветитьWhenever I do these posture fixing exercises my back, neck and especially shoulders get all sore and stiff and it doesn't go away until I stop doing them and it's really demotivating me to fix my posture, I've been trying so long.
ОтветитьShould I warm up, before doing these streches/exercises?
ОтветитьMy left arm starts to go numb and tingle.
