People on the comments are sympathetic and all but these are not symptoms of rabies. He might have rabies but barking is definitely voluntary, as rabies do not make people bark. People think rabies happen due to dog bit hence the misconception of a person barking but rabies can happen due to bats, rats, cat, even bitten by camels or cow. Basically it is a virus which is tranmissted through sliva when comes in contact with broken skin. But the patient do not bark. I don't know what is the motive of this misinformation.
