diluc has 144 more base attack and 19.2% more crit chance. Also any 5 star claymore is better than aquila favonius. If you include all the factors into your calculation, you will quickly see the difference that dps bennett is not comparable to diluc

Neither Diluc or Bennet get pyro damage from ascension levels they get crit rate and energy recharge respectively
