ОтветитьBe careful of your anatomy. Because especially if you have long arms, only lower it down to as far as it stretches your chest. I was training like this even with light weight and I got injured. I couldn’t understand why I was getting injured because I thought I was doing it right because he said this was the best way. Then I realised it’s not the best way. Same with dips. You can only go as far as it stretches your chest not your shoulders.

ОтветитьIm doing fine with regukar dumbell presses i think getting the stretch is better for me on other chest exercises esp with a previous shoulder issue not worth the risk
