Here's how to do 4-7-8 breathing for sleep.
Inhale 4 seconds,
Hold 7 seconds,
Exhale 8 seconds

Breathe in gently through your nose. Exhale through your mouth like you're blowing out a candle. Or you can breathe in and out through your nose if it is comfortable.

The slow breathing pattern and long exhales will gradually make you feel more relaxed.
