Guys don't be too harsh on yourselves please. Do as she instructs. I tried it once ( i am a beginner) and my thighs were so sore for about 5 days. All those days i couldn't workout well. Take breaks and enjoy the process : )

I am 19 and am on a 16:8 intermittent fasting diet. I have reduced carbs as much as i could and included fibres and proteins. I have been doing cardio everyday but i think now i will do cardio and strength training on alternate days as i got to know it is necessary to not lose muscle mass.
lets achieve our goals and get healthier!!!! good luck everyone!

So I was doing this regularly 2 years ago. Now I'm in my most unfit phase rn. So i started doing this workout again. Fingers crossing 🤞
Day 1: managed to complete half only. I didnt wanted to push myself too hard. Almost died

I remembered looking for home workouts, and this video was at the top of the list. I tried... And fall in love with your exercise Joanna!! ❤❤. You are so strong. I can't finish it up in the beginning, but lately I able to finish it together with you 🎉🎉 so proud of myself 😂 I lost 6 kg in the last 2 months.
Please keep motivating all the people who want to lose weight after the pandemic 😅. I tried since 2020, but never succeeded, then after joining a fat loss program in May, the progress was so fast. Thanks to your videos that helps me during this program ❤❤

Oh God Joanna you are the best. I had stopped working out for past year and a half. I just did one of your workouts today. Man whether it's a 10 minute or 30 minute workout it doesn't matter you break me into a sweat..... just feels great. Thanks for your videos ❤❤❤ . I did a 45 minute walking exercise before this and thought it wouldn’t be too bad. I had to stop after the second round of sets. I’ll try again another day. 😅

I can do most of these moves (to varying degrees of success lol) but the pushups, as soon as I try to do them the proper way even, my arms instantly start to shake and my breath comes rattling out
