ОтветитьGuys don't be too harsh on yourselves please. Do as she instructs. I tried it once ( i am a beginner) and my thighs were so sore for about 5 days. All those days i couldn't workout well. Take breaks and enjoy the process : )
ОтветитьI am 19 and am on a 16:8 intermittent fasting diet. I have reduced carbs as much as i could and included fibres and proteins. I have been doing cardio everyday but i think now i will do cardio and strength training on alternate days as i got to know it is necessary to not lose muscle mass.

Oh God Joanna you are the best. I had stopped working out for past year and a half. I just did one of your workouts today. Man whether it's a 10 minute or 30 minute workout it doesn't matter you break me into a sweat..... just feels great. Thanks for your videos ❤❤❤ .
