The biz4Biz ConneXions event on Social Value was a live, in person event. The speaker Simon Littlewood spoke on the topic of "Be proactive and include your team".

Simon is the CEO of Estu, a leadership and development business with programmes proven to deliver business results and personal growth for learners. He is a strategic adviser to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and the Department for International Trade (DIT), and has accepted his invitation to the Programme Advisory Board for the Cranfield Executive MBA.

Social value refers to the positive impact an organization or an activity has on society and the broader community. It encompasses the social, environmental, and economic benefits generated by an organization beyond its immediate financial gains. The concept of social value recognises that organisations should strive to contribute to the well-being of society and address societal needs and challenges.
