Ok nice. Off topic but relevant: Are temperatures going down from now on? I am asking because it seems the first time you are wearing short trousers again. Such details are relevant for those thinking of moving to southern Europe.

Unless you are rich enough for an amazing security system, I would strongly discourage from buying an isolated property in Puglia.

I have a property in Puglia, but with lots of close neighbors. Even at that, it's been broken into many times. They even stoled the windows once. No joke.

The fact that this property is so posh and well appointed begs the question... why has it not been ransacked by local thugs?

Be realistic. Know the culture of the area you invest in.

Suggestion for future videos: if possible could you include short video of views at night time? I was in Ostuni in May and the villa we stayed was beautiful. At night time it was equally beautiful.

Double or single glassed glass? I can see it needs storage if it were a live in year round house, there's kitchen items in the wardrobe. Love all the finishes and colour choices. Wonder what the electricity bill is in winter. And how long the gas lasts + how easy it is to get the gas bottles/cost. A little bit of an awkward s0ace but it's a great use of space they do have. Everything is very pretty and interesting. The tiled courtyard is a favourite along with the terraces upstairs.

Nice job on the video. Enjoyed the footage of the town too. Always good to see some of the local flavor of the towns, as someone else suggests it would be especially good to see some nighttime footage as it seems that many towns really come to life in the evenings.

This is a truly spectacular property. All of the little touches and private options…really make me think that you could have a couple of long term guests and never even ‘feel’ them in your space.

It looks like someone from Los Angeles came a ruined a beautiful Italian farmhouse. Honestly one of the worst renovations I've seen.

I love your videos and I think you show the most beautiful properties on internet especially we are interested in moving to Puglia. However you can say that this one hasn't been renovated by Italians 😂 It's something odd about it. And no bidet 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also no storage space, I have spotted kitchen staff in the toilet 😮. Sooooo overpriced.

Great fully functional video, really entertaining. I stayed in Cegli Messapica for a few days in July and I think it is much better than Ostuni with some excellent restaurants.
