I will say this: Even though this live action Scooby-Doo movie from 2002 wasn't well received by film critics and fans of the Scooby-Doo franchise, at least Matthew Lillard did a fantastic job as Shaggy, to the point that he is even now the current voice actor for that character as well.

Scooby-Doo turns 20 today!
I remember this trailer from seeing Harry Potter 1 in San Francisco and my family saw the movie together at Shoppingtown opening weekend
Looks like many fans consider the film to have one of the best animated-to-live-action casts of all time; I like Freddie Prinze, Jr., Matthew Lillard, and my first introduction to Linda Cardellini
More people are loving its subversive humor and early aughts energy
Raja Gosnell doesn't do a perfect job but he's creative with the bright colors and set designs
Cool soundtrack featuring Sugar Ray
Grossed $275 million worldwide despite not so favorable reviews
Tim Curry actually dropped out when he learned Scrappy was the villain
Crazy how James Gunn was the same writer who would do Guardians of the Galaxy
Doesn't look like a 3rd film will happen but Mindy Kaling revealed the first look at her new adult animated re-imagining of Scooby-Doo, Velma
The first look at Velma came with the Warner Bros. TV upfronts, and Kaling is going with a much more adult version of the character
Nostalgia Critic was displeased with the movie saying it doesn't follow the original cartoon, it's cluttered and unfocused, the CGI is terrible, the jokes fall flat, and the characters aren't identifiable

[The teaser trailer starts with the classical Walt Disney Pictures logo but it's tinted blue, and a little wavy, too. The image of the castle morphs into a full moon, and a ripple is made while a thunderstorm is heard. The camera pans up to reveal what appears to be a mansion with crows flying around]
Announcer: Throughout the ages, there has been two heroes standing watch over us all.
[The camera quickly zooms in and then pans up to an open window, towards the upper level, then to the top of some stairs]
Announcer: Two heroes protecting mankind wherever they're needed. Her animal moves over walls. Cute and fluffy.
[The camera quickly pans downstairs to a room with a globe]
Announcer: And now, in the summer of 2002, they'll be called upon yet again to save the world.
[The camera then pans over to what appears to be two silhouettes of Wonder Woman and Bugs Bunny as lightning flashes outside, but then a record scratch is heard when the camera pans over to reveal none other than Lilo and Stitch looking out the window. They turn to the viewers]
Lilo: Who, me and Stitch? Uh-uh.
Stitch: Maka maka no way.
[It then cuts to black as orange text appears saying "2002", followed by "The New Duo", zoom in, to the screen, stays for a moment, then zoom into the screen separately. The film's logo zooms out, along with different text saying "June 21". It then disappears, ending the trailer]

[The teaser trailer starts with the Hulu logo. The logo dissolves into a full moon and a thunderstorm is heard. The camera pans down to the live-action Warner Bros. Studios lot with crows flying around]
Announcer: Throughout the ages, there has been three heroes standing watch over us all.
[The camera quickly zooms into the lot towards some soundstage buildings]
Announcer: Three heroes protecting mankind wherever they're needed. They move in the shadows. Cloaked in zany to the max.
[The camera quickly zooms up to the WB Studios water tower then goes inside where a globe sits on a stack of books]
Announcer: And now, in the fall of 2020, they'll be called upon yet again to save the world.
[The camera then pans over to what appears to be three silhouettes of Batman, Robin and Batgirl as lightning flashes. A record scratch is heard when the camera pans over to reveal none other than Yakko, Wakko and Dot, in their reboot designs, looking down at the lot. They turn to the viewers]
The Warner Siblings: Who, us? Uh-uh.
[The 2020 title card appears]
Announcer: Animaniacs. Streaming this fall. Only on Hulu.

Take notes modern day Hollywood, THIS is how you do a proper teaser for a movie. Show very little footage from the actual movie, or better yet not a single bit of a footage at all, show the audience something that makes them think what they’re watching is for real, then rip the rig out from under them, and trick em.

If this film (Scooby-Doo 2002) exist in the same universe as Tim Burton's Batman, that would be great.
Here's my version of a Live-Action Universe of DC Comics:

Batman (1989-1997 Film Series)
Superman (1978-1987 Film Series)
Wonder Woman (1975 TV Series)
The Flash (1990 TV Series)
Supergirl (1984 movie) (spin-off to the 1978 Superman film)
Shazam! (1974 TV Series)
Birds of Prey (TV series)
& Hawkman 1997 Baby Ruth Commercial

Like it, if you like my DC Universe.
