day 1 : it’s not that hard but i did get lil sweaty
day 2 : i just finished little sweaty still don’t see changes
day 3 :i just finished it’s not that hard today i had a feeling it was easy and i can see lil change
day 4 : can see more changes in 4 days
day 5 : can see changes
day 6 :

ОтветитьGuys note one thing, the first exercise is more effective and challenging when your legs are lifted in the air, it’s really challenging but it’s kinda ez to do if you have done decent amount of workout before in your life. 👍🏻 try it!
