Dubai Real Estate market generally moves in cycles of 5 years, this one started around 2020. What will happen to the prices when these hundreds of new developments are ready in 20025-26? The current frenzy in the Dubai RE market is similar to the 2020 stock market bull run. We all know what happened after that. So good luck to people buying properties now after watching the videos of 'experts'.
