New MANAMUNE Korean Kai'sa Build - Best AP build for Kai'sa

for kai-sa, i'd consider this build order.. Manamune > Nashor's > Guinsoo's > Lich Bane > Rabadon's ...I mean you can get Guinsoo's before Nashor's if you want...if anything, I'd consider just picking up the pick-axe to evolve or whatever early if needed, then go on to finish Nashor's... as i've said before, Guinsoo's isn't as efficient an item until manamune has already upgraded into muramana, and muramana finishes upgrading by the third item usually. Lich Bane is just an overall good item for auto-attackers, especially on Kai'sa, it also has mana, which muramana scales off of...as well as CDR movespeed and the all-too important AP. The only reason I wouldn't get it second item instead of Nashor's is because normally Kai'sa needs attack speed to evolve E ASAP...and Manamune Nashor's Guinsoo's is like the perfect trinity for Kai'sa to evolve all her skills. The only reason I'd consider going anything else is if I knew I wasn't going AP, in which Manamune and Guinsoos would be bought in same order, I'd just fit Runaan's in between them as second item. Going full AD after finishing manamune first item is perfectly viable, as I've explained in another post. I liked that Manamune > IBG > Guinsoos approach on Kayle, but after a bunch of tinkering, I think the other one I talked about is the best. Manamune > ER > Guinsoos into Runaans and IE. It does a disgusting amount of damage. Like 1-2 shotting entire teams disgusting. Anyways, Rabadons is great and all, but when you have hybrid items, it's not as good to get ASAP imo... Like, here the only full AP item you have is Nashor's...then you buy Rabadon's which is SUPER expensive...If you had Lich Bane instead(and earlier I might add), it would be doing a LOT more work...you might not have as much AP, but your auto-attacks would have been shitting on people. I feel like Lich Bane is such a good item on hybrid Kai'sa, no idea why nobody is doing it. Deja vu.. maybe you'll make another video and credit Viper again. :P no worries, I'm not mad. If anything, I'm happy about it, and I completely understand. Nobody knows who the fuck i am.

Manamune isn't good when you first buy it. It's cheap because it's a work in progress...similar to cull. Like, it's weaker and cheaper than other AD items, but if you can hold out until it upgrades, it will become super cost-efficient and much better than anything else you could have bought...especially if you have Guinsoos in your core. Like, it basically gaurantees it will be the best in slot item when it upgrades...even if you go AD/Crit. It would still be better than any other AD item. Personally, I like a build flow(not necessarily for Kai-sa, but for many different champions) as such : Manamune > Essence Reaver > Guinsoos > Runaans ...the final item could be anything...IE or whatever it doesn't matter... anyways, these first 3 items actually go together extremely well. Why ER you ask? Well, first of all, Manamune normally upgrades by the time you get your 3rd item, it's just about averages for that...so getting Guinsoos around the same time you finish upgrading into muramana maximizes efficiency...there's no downtime where Guinsoos isn't as powerful as it could be because muramana isn't upgraded yet, etc. Secondly, Muramana consumes a LOT of mana when you're attacking champions, and the more mana you currently have in your pool, the more physical damage muramana will do on-hit. Also when/if you get runaan's, the mana drained by muramana is tripled. Basically what I'm saying is that with every hit, muramana's on-hit damage goes down >>> as it does damage based on a percentage of mana it consumes. The Essence Reaver counteracts the mana consumption so that it's always doing maximum damage. Say you have 3k mana, on your first attack Muramana will be doing 180 on-hit damage, your second attack will do 174.6, your third 169, etc all the way down to 36. Having Runaan's makes it consume mana a LOT quicker(albeit it only consumes mana when you attack champions)...ER just makes sure you're always doing max damage with it...like, the passive that gives you mana back actually ends up meaning more physical damage on every hit. Some people might think it's bad because you already have a mana item lol...but the fact of the matter is that you scale off mana with muramana. These people are just idiots. It's the most efficient way to use Essence Reaver. It's good enough by itself, discounting the passive that pretty much nobody cares about. It's only ever used for the ad/cdr/crit. but with manamune, the passive it has gives you higher dps...and not just some measly bits, it's actually a considerable amount. I mean it's the difference between having 100-300+ on-hit damage and not having any at all at times.

This build is really bad tried one late game myself does no damage currently still prefer AD build

I build Manamune first and then buy guinsoo, upgrade my free boots and buy Runaan and IE then last item is optional, I can go either Mecurial or Guardian Angel...


Edit: I use Press The Attack opt with Triumph, Bloodline, and Coop De grace Inspirstion with boots and biscuits.
Its good for shredding tank or focusing on their main dps

i played kai´sa with manamune, nashors, rageblade, gunblade and guardian, and it was sooo OP felt like the build needed some lifesteal thats why i went gunblade instead of zhonias

Lost chapter + An Amp tomb for the W upgrade (Unless enough for the Ludens Echo outright)

Then into a Nashtors tooth (Also have attack speed boots by now) for the E upgrade.

Into a Deaths dance (As the healing is on all damage done) into a Rageblade for Missile upgrade.

The W poke is really strong and catches people off guard with how quick it's cooldown is.

This is with either hail of blades or press the attack (I prefer Hail of blades as I'm crap at timing hail of blades.

I'll give the manamune a try instead of ludens Echo, Cant hurt to try it I guess XD

IE rush was never popular. Stormrazor into Rage blade and get both Q and E evovle at lvl 10 is how most people play Kai'sa.

tbh i invented the manamune build back 5 months ago when i played random bulds and i realsed that manamune kaisa was good but ive never noticed

You forgot the most important part. Muramana has an on hit effect. This means it synergizes with rageblade better than stormrazor or ie. This means that having muramana and guinsoo is already a power spike. After that you just buy a nashor and get all 3 evolves. Then buy botrk and zhonya in any order and finish it by selling the boots and buying rabadon. Having a lot of ap is good for the on hit build since passive and nashor scale with ap.
