ОтветитьWow! I've just restarted my fitness journey after a couple years. I used fitness blender before as well and now just going back to my safe space for workout. This felt so good after 5 days low impact cardio workouts. Just realized I have a long way to go. Just couldn't get that stretch at 21.46 at all! 😦

Ответить2/7/22 - did this routine to finish off a quick 15min cardio recovery routine, followed by Kelli’s 30mins Low Impact Beginner Cardio workout. Feels good for a Saturday, especially after 5 days of hard workouts 👍🏼

ОтветитьWhen we started homeschooling our little guy, I used Fitness Blender to help him get more active in PE. He LOVED the video with your cousins! Now he's 12 and I'm beginning to realize that I can't even reach my arm behind me to hand him something in the car! I can't bend over and pick up things without pain, I can't do most anything. So I tried this video for myself. Within 7 sessions, I can now reach my arms full circle! I can bend over and pick up things! I can sleep more soundly! Can't wait to see what other benefits I will see in the coming months!
