Fairytales are so important. (Love them so much I wrote my literature dissertation on them). I think you would really appreciate a classic called 'the princess and the goblin' by George MacDonald - I've an edition illustrated by Madalina Andronic and it's something to be treasured. 💕

Paola, I keep thinking that you would love the book The Goose Girl, by Shannon Hale. It is a retelling of the German fairy tale and such a gripping and beautiful tale, rather poetically told. I hope you are able to check it out!
