بھائی آپ اتنا شور کیوں مچا رھے ہیں آپ تعریفوں کے جھوٹے پل باندھتے ہوئے ۔very impractical no laser leveling outside very small stupid entrance, this architecture has nothing to do with pakistani weather compatibility simply a worst geometric disorder signature from architect probably copy paste design from Scandinavian country .

MashaALLAH it's a lovely house with phenomenal architecture. The basement and ground floor was v nice, though the open-concept kitchen could be better. However, I feel the first-floor washrooms and details could have been more focused/good like the two floors.

I'm seeing a lot of flaws and wastage of space here. Sure the idea is amazing and the colour scheme is really nice but it's completely unnecessary to make 2 fully functioning kitchen side by side when the bigger kitchen is already private and the guest won't be peaking etc. The plot is so big yet the washrooms feels claustrophobic. There are random unappealing designs on each washrooms making them tight spaced and loud. the wardrobe doors seem to be made well cause they are sliding effortlessly but the designs are kinda unappealing. The extreme amount of windows and how oddly scattered they are make the house less livable as people from outside can literally see every single inch of the house. You can only put up so many curtains and even then then your privacy won't be confirmed and the entire purpose for the windows would be lost. They have been made even between rooms which is just weird cause again, no privacy. The amount of windows look amazing (I myself am a fan of big windows because of the natural light and views) but they will make the house really hot. The ceilings are high which is simply beautiful and love the bridge and skylight feature. Love the doors and their height.

the design is too good, people is Pakistan hardly understand such styles but still its ambience is impressive , the esthetics such as kitchen wardrobes , doors are sub standard with less quality and design understanding , the main door handle and hardware is cheap , such theme don't really deserve , dandi nai danda mar dia builder ny 😁 you can only get a cool space in such price , good luck

The house seems too monotonous, space utilization is lacking. The layout of rooms seems haphazard. Different areas of house seem to lack character too.
