Started my playthru of Dark Swoles yesterday. I'm not an absolute unit like Josh though so I'm only doing 5 reps per exercise. Managed to go for about 45 mins last night and did 26 spins.
I call my version Dark Swoles Lite ;). Still need to get some kind of standing desk cause holy sh*t is it hard to play without some kind of support.

ОтветитьFood. Blis point is a mix of fat, carbs and salt. Carbs and protein are both 4Kcal per gram fat is 7Kcal per gram. The biggest problem however is a lack of micro nutrients in junk food, without the vitamins, minerals and essential fats a person will be very unlikely to recover from exercise sufficiently well to out train a bad diet. As such while I do agree that something is better than nothing you cannot reliably out train a bad lifestyle, sorry.

ОтветитьHad this realization several times, but Josh is a great entertainer. I have a hard time watching streams because there is always some degree of dead air, to a point where even if I leave them on while working, whenever there is down time and I tab back, I usually leave to watch something else quickly. Meanwhile Josh not only never stops talking, he is always talking about something interesting in an engaging way, while still playing the game relatively well.
ОтветитьYou need just a no bells or whistles hip pedometer to see your steps. I use them instead of phone and fitbits since the former is often not in my pocket and the latter wouldn’t work for this since your arms are stationary.
