For the exterior I prefer to use something with a longer residual time. Talstar doesn't last very long outside and sucks for ants.

When the insect walks over it and it gets on them can it be transferred to other insects too? Or does it only kill that one insect?

As a high chemical use professional myself, I take methylene blue a few times a weak to protect my cell membranes, and I also use fenbendazole protocol once in a while to catch things before they start. The big C from chemical exposure is common, so why not use proven methods to guard yourself.

Hi @DanTheBugMan, please do a video on rotating insecticide every quarter or every two quarters which have different MOA’s to prevent pests building resistance. BTW, We live in Georgia and currently using Talstar and Taurus sc.

Bifen I/T, 2 Ounce. .5 ounce Onslaught fast cap. All in a 1 gallon pressure sprayer. Full band around the home, every 2 or 3 feet inside. Quick spurt. Delta Dest the A/C connection, weeping holes, cracks, and any other deep openings. Advion Ant Bait for fire ants. Duraflex ZC for mosquitos, fleas, ticks, and basically anything that flies anywhere they're present in the yard, preferably all of it, including fence line and trees. Give 1.5 hours to dry before letting small children or pets near treated areas.

So Dan, I have a question. About 30 years ago I had a historic home which developed termites. I did not want to just tent because 24 hours later termites can move back in back in once you remove the tent. I wanted to do a Timbor treatment which is much more permanent. They used a needle to spray the timbor mix through the walls in between the studs. What type of needle is that? Is it the same needle you use in paint sprayers? As I remember, they drilled a hole and then stuck the needle through the hole and then patched it with drywall patch.

Never use an EC (emulsifiable concentrate) on the interior. It is oil based and will stain/deteriorate painted surfaces, carpet, and wood. Talstar is ok inside.

You did an excellent Job in Presentation , speaking was on point. Speaking at a level of an adult audiance and not as children or stupid people. The hands on with the verbal was off the charts. You covered all areas. Im not sure if you did it intentionally but, Im a visual learner. Its easier for me to learn if I see it do it. It takes me more effort when reading how to or it being explain how to. So, you did very well.

Great video. I've been using Talstar for 15 years. Only problem I've ever had is when I sprayed in areas that didn't need it like bushes and around my foundation. Maybe it's a coincidence but I noticed that when I started doing that I saw a great reduction in things I want like preying mantis, toads, frogs etc.. I'm guessing I killed too much of their food source. Now I only spray inside and outside around window and door frames. It works just as well

I have a investation of pantry moths in my gargage. I have got rid of their food sorce but still have more cleaning to do I have not found any larva but they are hatching some where. is there a checmical I could spray in a pump sprayer? Thank you

Why the F would you pour the concentrated spray directly into the sprayer? Fill it halfway with water first, then add the spray, put the top on, mix it up really well, then top of off with water. This guy is an idiot

They are both 7.9% Bifen but the Bifen I/T is cheaper in smaller quantities.
