At 10:47, That's really interesting because the thing that got me hooked onto this blog was exactly that: one useful technique that I could immediately go out and apply, which I did. I'm a big fan of learning followed by immediate application :-)

F'ing AWESOME interview from 2 dudes that I love in the "online" world. I think the main takeaway is to get insanely clear on your USP BEFORE you do ANYTHING else. My question guys is "When do you decide if your USP is really a USP? What if you get that piece wrong? How do you know if it's wrong or you just need to work harder/smarter? OK that's more than 1 question but that's my area of struggle right now so would love your feedback. Thanks for the great interview fellas!
