ОтветитьI am 65 and just started Qi Gong after a local news program recommended one of the Qi Gong exercises. It wasn’t included in this routine. It was an energizing breathing technique. I struggle with routines, but I am going to try to do Qigong daily.

ОтветитьThanks, so much. I try to start my day with this routine, it’s short enough to be doable, and has helped my breathing and my arthritis. I’ve been doing it for several months now. And, I attend TaiChi classes twice a week, too.
