Ответить@Physical Therapy First , can I ask for some advice? My right leg sits shorter because my psoas muscle keeps tightening up. When I do this stretch, I would think I would feel the stretch well when doing it on my right side. But I don't, no matter how deep I try to go I feel nothing. But when I put my right leg on the chair to stretch my left side I can really feel it. Am I doing it wrong? Or is there an explanation for this? Thank you

ОтветитьIt'd be helpful to let us know that the affected leg is the left leg when you demonstrate. It wasn't until a minute in did I realize we are not working on the leg that's on the chair. 🤣
