Lots of these people don’t even eat much more than I do in a day in terms of volume and even some of the content, and I’m not fat. Its a bit scary that eating a lil more food thats calorically dense each day can really pile up after a while, even if it doesn’t seem like much at the time. Maybe its also that they are sedentary.
