Sometimes I cant swipe down the notification bar once device gets screen unlocked and all apps got stucked on homescreen it is okay after few minutes but it doesnt swipe down back we have to lock and unlock phone two times then it is started to be pull down again .This issue was founded on my handset till one week ago,before it was okay
