There's now a new game for the Vectrex - Time Pilot! I hope you review it Mark, as it looks awesome from the video I saw. Anyway, great review!

@lPrincelD Yeah, but it was also the first one. The arcade version came out in 1977, and after that there were a lot of Star Wars inspired games before Atari's Star Wars came out (which was in 1983).

I'm not fat, I'm not gay, I'm not a nerd, and I still enjoy his reviews, and if you didn't have the Vectrex or other old consoles, you wouldn't have your black ops that you love so much. Also you misspelled "Four" and "sucks" Also he is about 30-40. If you don't like it, don't watch it. You're giving him more money by just clicking on his video.

I played something like this at an arcade in a Flea Market 20 years ago, can't remember the name though.

That's pretty impressive for a 1982 console. I didn't even know these existed when I was a kid. I would've killed for one of these back then.

I remember my buddy having one of these... was never sure what it was called, forgot about it until now. Cool, Vectrex, good to know.

I actually have my Vectrex right next to my computer. However, I need to buy a new controller because the joystick is starting to act funny.

One day i too will play Star Hark!

Mark, I don't know what it is about the shot at :25, but out of everything Vectrex you've talked about, it's THE thing that makes me the most interested in the system. it may just be the way the light is hitting it from the outside - that shot has a story behind it. It's a very somber, very human thing. Like, it's 2016, and here's this iconic piece of equipment that has stood the test of time and made so many people happy.

I know it sounds super crazy, but I come back to this video every now and then just for that intro bit.

vectrex is a masterpiece

The Vectrex version differs from the arcade game being that four ships can be on screen at a time, where the arcade version only has two at once. Plus the arcade game is a fixed two minute time limit.
