The last time I went to Japan was in the 90's (I have family there) and I remember how good the coffee was. Just as good as European coffee, if not better.

In Japan, sitting on the side of the road and eating is considered a very bad way to behave. Those who do this in Japan are foreigners or young people who are not well educated. They were probably looked down upon by Japanese people passing by. And eating while walking is similar, except under special circumstances. People who visit Japan from now on should be careful.

The currency on the subway ticket kiosk is yen, not dollars. So many videos I watch of tourists in Japan say something like, wow it’s only $13.67. No it’s not, it’s 1,367 yen! 😂
