So i got bose and eq says nothing about 160 hz just say like middle 0-10 bass 0-10 and treble 0-10 so how do i do this or just cant in bose

This is extremely irrelevant and has no good reasoning. Why 160? On every single mix? Tips like this help lead people down a path of not actually understanding how to mix properly. This might work on sometimes but I would bet that most of the time it wouldn't improve anything.

You did not specify on what channel it should be used on. Are you talking about the master channel?

In my parametric EQ, it is not allowing me to select 160Hz...there are just numbered points, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc on the spectrum corresponding to 125 Hz upto 4k..no in betweens like 160. And even if I do select one of those numbered points, it is not allowing me to change the gain when I click on it, nor the Q factor. Help please. .

sounds midwit to me to think that one trick will make every mix sound amazing without regards to even thinking about what source you put it on.

He’s wrong, you need to also do an equal boost at 61Hz. 180 degrees out of phase of courses.

Allow me to introduce a new unit of measurement for sound volume,
which I call vovol* (abbreviated: volume voltage).

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS: You use two pre-stages, one with positive volume values, and the other negative.
For example, so has the pre-step with positive values
a measurement from +0 decibels up to +20, while the one with negative values, has from -0 decibels down to -20 decibels.

The highest voltage occurs when the value is +20 and -20 decibels (or: 20 vovol),
while there is low voltage, when the value is on
+0 and -0 decibels (or: 0 vovol).

You can possibly also combine two different values with each other, by adjusting the value to +10 -20 vovol, which gives a crisper effect. Have experimented with this myself at work and at home.

The adjustment can of course be set to taste, but the purpose of vovol for me is to equalize the sound volume, so that you better hear weak sounds and at the same time avoid high deafening sound levels (loudness war's).

My tip for you who read this,
is to use a setting,
which I call "Frequency"...

The method involves going after the frequency value
first digit, and at the same time make sure that
the frequencies below 1 khz,
stays below 0 db and above at the frequencies
above 1 kHz.

Here is an example:

31hz -3db
63hz -6db
125hz -1db
250hz -2db
500hz -5db
1khz +1db
2khz +2db
4khz +4db
8khz +8db
16khz +1db
