I was wondering if i could still use this method if you already have a lot of squares completed? I just started crocheting and i thought you needed a lot of squares before you joined them together.
ОтветитьLove this method!!. So easy and fun 🎉
ОтветитьLike this method of joining Grant squares
ОтветитьThe join is beautiful. I'm just really confused as to how to join the Sunburst Sunflower Granny Square. It shows as the video cover but the tutorial is on regular squares. Is there any chance you will be doing a tutorial to join the Sunburst?
ОтветитьI noticed in your written pattern for the corner to corner square that you list the extended double crochet stitch but do not explain how to do the stitch. You do explain in Your video but not in the written pattern. Thanks for being such a great teacher.
ОтветитьI like your sunburst granny square i made one once !
ОтветитьHas anyone put a border around the sunflower blanket after joining all the squares? If so, how?
ОтветитьSo if my square has a chain 3 in the corners (like in the sunburst tutorial) do I chain 1, slip stitch, and chain 1? Or how would I do it? :)
ОтветитьHook size please
ОтветитьI know this is an 11 month old video, I was just wondering where you would join the 4th square to if it was your middle piece if you don't join to the chain. Would you complete the corner and then join further up?
ОтветитьOh nooooo I literally finished all my sunburst granny squares first! Can I still use the zig zag to connect all my squares.
Ответить….mine squares aren’t granny squares, mine are kind of lacey. They have clusters of 5dc, the three clusters of 3dc then 5dc again. And they are tiny tiny tiny. At this point I’m starting to think stapling them together might be my best option🙄
ОтветитьHi Robin, me again. All my crochet blocks are finished. If I wanted to use your zig zag method….if I dc all around one square and started another square with 2 sides of dc….then joined the second one to the first one with this method, do you think it would work?
ОтветитьOh Robin, u r a wonderful teacher. I ❤ ur tutorials. I think this is a beautiful "join-as-u-go" method, but I can't do this method. 😢 I just am not understanding how it all works. 😕 That, & I am just NOT coordinated enough. (I think I need like 4 more hands.) Everything ends up all missed matched, & messed up! But I don't mind doing all the squares up first & using a crochet stitch to connect them all. I do ❤ my Granny Squares!
ОтветитьHow would I do this is the squares are already complete😢
ОтветитьIs there any reason to not crochet 2 edges on the beige/stone square before attaching it? In the video you only crochet 1 edge before connecting it. Wondering if there’s a reason for that?
ОтветитьIs there a way to do this after you've already made the squares? Like with a different color of yarn?
ОтветитьHow would we do this for one solid color joining squares? Make the squares, attach and cut the yarn each time? I'm wanting to not have to cut off each time since I'm using the same color for the fourth round
ОтветитьDo you have a video on your standard 3 round granny square?
ОтветитьSide note you have the best nail polish.
ОтветитьI’m so confused why you have a totally different square to the sunflower blanket project although this is the one you link? Am I missing something? Desperate to work the sunflower squares together
ОтветитьCardigan? You usually do not do them?
ОтветитьHow to crochet tables cloths
Ответитьhello :) do you have a tutorial on how you crochet cardigans
ОтветитьI think you mentioned these are destined to be a sweater I was wondering if you were planning to share that in a tutorial? I've seen alot doing the Harry styles type one but no really good videos carefully explaining the process
ОтветитьHow many squares does it take to make a blanket?
ОтветитьOr please let me which video to go thank you so much
ОтветитьHi Mam can you please show how to begin the first square please
ОтветитьThank you for making it so easy!! I am still learning the logistics of crocheting. I am not putting any constraints on my life anymore. I had 3 years to think about my past, present and future during this horrific health issue I am still experiencing. Slowly I am getting periodic relief from this bouncing feeling my body has been giving me 24/7. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor who hopefully can move my atlas(top bone in neck). We are hoping this is the culprit to my bouncing. Crocheting tutorials helps take my mind to a different place. Your precise filming and explaining makes it easy for my mind to relax. There have been other tutorials from others that have made my condition worse within seconds of watching. Thank you again, for taking your work seriously.
Ответитьthis is brilliant ! I used this on my pram blankets but did a continuous join along the whole row (of four squares by 3 squares) - your way is much easier - especially if all the squares are the same - thanks!
ОтветитьEpic!
ОтветитьLooks fabulous Robin thank you can’t wait to see your cardigan 😊Amanda xx🌼🌻💕
ОтветитьI love these new fangled technical terms... "fan dabby dozy". LOL 😜
Ответитьجميل جدا بالتوفيق
ОтветитьHello friend how are you please welcome my chenal🔔🔔👍👍🙏🙏
ОтветитьWhen you got hooked on the pattern and made full squares 🤣 good thing I only had enough energy for two
ОтветитьA really lovely joining stitch. Thank you very much for explaining it so clearly. ❤️🇦🇺
ОтветитьWow! It’s BRILLIANT! It’s really neat, I love the zigzag pattern! Hope I can pull it off like you!🤞👊Thanks soo much for this wonderful tutorial!
ОтветитьLove these kinds of videos
ОтветитьAnother great tutorial.......Thank you.
ОтветитьThat looks gorgeous on your sunflower piece!! I’m using your tight join as you go method for a temperature blanket I’m doing with granny squares, and that might still be my favorite!
ОтветитьI like it..ty for sharing this video.. :-)
ОтветитьLove this technique so much! Thank you for this tutorial, Robin. I may tackle that granny square blanket after all 😊🧶
ОтветитьVery nice Robin 💕🙏
ОтветитьBeautiful design 👌👌👌
