What type of blade do you use in your saw
ОтветитьI’m amazed the thin slabs don’t disintegrate in the tumbler! Great video...makes me want a saw.
ОтветитьThat was a great video !! It’s weird I spent most of the last two days cutting agates with the saw. It’s always fun to be the first person to see the inside of a killer agate. Bravo😎
ОтветитьNice rocks!
ОтветитьMy favorite is the yellow and black jasper. It looked like a sleeping tiger
Great video. Hope your trip to Florida was a blast. Looking forward to seeing what you make from these
What kind of blade do you use. The brand I mean. That’s some good slabbing!
ОтветитьNice slabs 🍻
ОтветитьCutting rocks just makes me so happy! 🙂
Ответить"Dont look at him son!" Haha love that jasper!
ОтветитьExcellent....
ОтветитьWhat gorgeous slabs !! That first one was sooo beautiful, and I thought it would be the prettiest by far, but I was wrong!! Love watching the slabbing process, what treasures you discover!! Very cool!
ОтветитьThose are some very pretty slabs! Interesting ammonite you are teasing us with! Thank you for showing your cuts!

ОтветитьSo beautiful Theo👍👍
ОтветитьJust awesome Theo! They are all beautiful! I told kim there are good rocks in Payson Arizona, and a week later she tells me shes flying down there to go rock hounding lol. Thats where that red and blue jasper agate stuff came from that you cut. Thats so cool, I really wanted to see how they would come out, and Im blown away by the banding and color! Way cool!!
ОтветитьB E U T I F U L!!!

ОтветитьWhat RPM do you run your flat lap, and Nova wheels at? Preference?
ОтветитьTheo, yiou have to remember Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. They are all beautiful. Thanks for the adventure.
ОтветитьI love that AZ Jasper Agate & the strange jasper. Funny enough though because I'm not a fan of orange or yellow jasper because I those are my least favorite colors.
ОтветитьCatching up on your vids filling my head full of sooo many visions ... amazing stuff 😃
ОтветитьAmazing!
ОтветитьBeautiful stones! I recognize the park and Rims across from your shop, I live in Montana too! Love what the YS river gives.
ОтветитьThanks, I really enjoyed this, I need more motivation and a better cutting machine, but wow I love what you do.
Ответить* I Thought you were the Person who told us that you have to Glue Ammonite before you cut it. The colored shell is too thin & Fragile & falls to dust if you don't glue it in all the fracture lines.. Then glue over the top to shine it instead of polishing it..
ОтветитьI love these videos! Thank you!
Ответить❤❤👍👍😁😁
ОтветитьThe yellow and black jasper was amazing so was everything else but I think it was my favorite today.
ОтветитьJust beautiful!
ОтветитьHey there, can you tell me what you use for your saw?
I'm looking at getting one??? Not sure whether to go tile or lap...working with under 1k...teacher budget. Any help would be sweet thanks. Nice finds!
man how you cut against the grain or with the grain to get the best view of colors and patterns
Ответитьhey man! Great videos =) Curious to what's the thin blade you mentioned that you were waiting for? Do you have a link to it?
Thanks! =)
So pretty! :)
I've only recently started rockhounding, and found a local lapidary society that might help me with how to cut, slab, polish, tumble etc (as well as being an affordable way to get all that done in their workshop). I've been rockhounding at the beach, got some pretty rocks including ones that are partly or completely jasper. My favourite one at the moment looks like a red jasper mixed in with a dark green more transparent type rock (I couldn't tell you which one is embedded in the other one honestly). Even if it's of no value and not even worth cutting open, it will still look pretty once it's polished for that smooth shiny appearance.
Beautiful colors....
ОтветитьI enjoy watching your video.thank you!
ОтветитьI always enjoy watching your videos. Thank you for sharing and I hope you have a happy Christmas 2022 and a fun New Year 2023. Hugs all around.
ОтветитьThose are awesome. What do you do with them all? Do you sell the??
ОтветитьDid you do that slabbing by hand? And how do you feel about the Hi-Tech 10 inch Trim Saw with the Vice?
I'm looking for something for my first choice trim saw that's big enough to cut large rocks!
So much beauty in rocks.
ОтветитьHey, I got some nice results following your advice. All I have is a little Lapidary trim saw and a tumbler, but I was able to cut out some basic shapes, like you said, and toss them in my tumbler. They came out great! Thank you :) cheers
