Chicken Nuggies recipe - makes 18 nuggies

1.5 lbs Chicken breast and chicken thighs cut into smaller chunks. Use a food processor to grind it up
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
Combine with the chicken
Mold into shapes.
Set them on to a baking sheet on top of parchment paper. Put the molded nuggies in the freezer for 30 minutes. While that is chilling in the freeze make the dry batter and the honey mustard dipping sauce.

1 cup cornstarch
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion power
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
Whisk in 10 fl oz (296 ml) of club soda to the dry ingredients

Honey mustard
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup dijon mustard
Splash vinegar
Season with kosher salt
Combine until mixed together

Take your chicken nuggies out of the freezer. Dip nuggies into the dry batter and then the wet batter. Fry in 350 degrees Fahrenheit oil for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Let them cool and sprinkle kosher salt on top.
