Just brilliant! So true!!!
Ответитьthis is the british caste
ОтветитьI said hello to who I thought was a Northerner once, but it turns out they were Glaswegian and they shivved me in response. Lovely chap.
Ответить"Tyneside, are we then? Can y''speak Geordie for us?"
ОтветитьThe most hilarious thing is how genuinely nice most Northerners are, just like the nanny 😂
ОтветитьU S A DONT GET THIS SHIT AT ALL !!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьNot sure how it is for posh London families, but virtually anywhere else these two little darlings would be too busy vaping and shoplifting to talk to either their parents or a nanny ;)
ОтветитьSo in England you view people from the north in kind of the way we in the US view people from our south? Interesting.
ОтветитьWoke!
ОтветитьThis video make me understand north is true ,I would love to learn north accent too
ОтветитьI'm from the home counties and would never agree to allow a northerner to look after my children, solely for the reason that I wouldn't want them to acquire any northern colloquialisms!
ОтветитьMiss Catherine Tate
ОтветитьI'm not from the UK. Why are people in the North looked down upon exactly?
ОтветитьOhhh, so North England is like the South in the US then?
ОтветитьAnyone in the comments that can translate what the nanny is saying?
ОтветитьYes, England is racist. Yes, England is xenophobic. But it's also like this 😀
ОтветитьWell, I’m glad I’m not the only one
ОтветитьAny northener has visited South America? People in SA tend to be friendly
ОтветитьDon't know why but I've always found it amusing that the poshness expectations between north and south are reversed between the U.K. and U.S.
ОтветитьAs someone from Sheffield, calling complete strangers "love" or "pal" is just standard.
ОтветитьMe as an outsiders thinking why are they talking in Elvish and Drawf language
ОтветитьAs an American, I don’t get it.
Can someone please explain?
Oh, no! Not a MILKY BREW!
ОтветитьI never watched this show , seems funny ...those kids are good actors. I think people from the North of England have cool accents💢
ОтветитьI'm from the states what is the thing about the North and the South?
ОтветитьShe has a really light Geordie accent.....😊
And I'm guessing the people she came to babysit for are probably from London?
I'm a Mexican American yank by the way with an affinity for accents❤🤓
Im very, stimulated, by her accent
Ответить"Be strong my darlings" 😂😂😂
ОтветитьWas this supposed to be funny?
ОтветитьShe's cute as hell
ОтветитьI'm not even from the UK so I don't fully understand this, but it's still funny :P
ОтветитьAs an american, they all sound the same lol
ОтветитьWhy are people taking this so seriously, it's a comedy sketch, get a grip 🙄
ОтветитьI'm not a native English speaker and I understand the nanny perfectly while I barely comprehend what Tate is saying.
ОтветитьHa ha ha ha ha ha.......
ОтветитьAndrew Tates big sistter
ОтветитьI think I understand the northener a bit better...
Ответитьthis skit reminds me of a commercial i saw on BBC for a new DVR system they were sending out with BBC America (not sure if it was a real commercial or a joke, but it was framed as a real commercial). Anyway the new feature was that all BBC America shows would come with close captioning for EVERY show! cuts to a montage of the various shows with people with strong accents ranting about stuff in fast succession "Because sometimes not even WE know what the hell we're saying"
ОтветитьShe can't be from that far north, as we Americans can still understand her!
Ответитьwow that girl looks like a grown woman and a child at the same time weird af but its probably cause of the video quality
ОтветитьNo entenc res de res!!!!
ОтветитьWhy aren't they speaking in Yoruba? They are in London, aren't they?
ОтветитьSo this is a global thing.
South Delhi south Mumbai.
Hmm.. Now south London?
I’m cheering for the nanny
Ответить🤣😂🤣😂🤣
ОтветитьFunny thing that as a foreigner it looks easier to understand a northerner than a Southerner. My baseline accent is North American standard, but the northerners appears to speak oddly “right”, while Canadians speak “normal” and everybody else speaks weird, especially aussies and southerners in general
ОтветитьLOL. It's hart do be posh in this life of ours.
ОтветитьDO U KNOW HOW I FIGURED OUT THEY ARE BRITISH? BECAUSE OF INCREDIBLE BAD TEETH
ОтветитьI love this show!!
ОтветитьAs a Frenchman who lived in London and other places in the UK after, even in Ireland, I never really understood the class divide thingy, was never directly confronted to it, but I knew it was terribly important to the Brits.... Guess I was part of the 'Internationals' class, thus treated differently?... I never understood this kind of deterministic stance though, coming from the country of existentialism...
