245 calories! Did this one after a Sydney Cummings lift workout and it was the PERFECT blend for me. I’ll never stop doing GWJ videos. They keep my heart rate up and push me always. God bless both of these ladies Jo & Sydney and their channels! Who needs a gym membership?!? NOT THIS GIRL! 😅

ОтветитьI'm recovering from chickungunya so all of my body hurts all the time and I used to do strength training and realised that's not happening anytime soon
Keeping my body active is so important to me and makes me a happier person thank you so much for this video I just did a few minutes before I had to stop but I feel so good! Hoping to be able to do the entire video within the week!!

ОтветитьI'll try doing this as many days as possible to loose weight!! probably I'll do it just 6 times for week cuz once a week I have 2 hours of PE and it tires me a lot 😭😭 + I walk to and from school every day so I walk already a bit... I'm used to do only legs workout because it's where I wanna loose fat but I'd like to try this to actually loose a lot of weight ‼️‼️

day 2: a bit tired but done all of it without other breaks than the one for the water 💗💗

ОтветитьI’ve been doing your workouts for about over a week and this is my first time doing this workout, an hour video period, I finished the whole video and surprisingly I feel amazing !!!! I’m not tired or wore out, I have a lot of energy.
Start weight: 162 lbs
Goal weight: 138 lbs
I have not checked the scale and I don’t want to until I make a month!
Started this today & and am hoping to continue doing it every day to drop down to a healthier weight ❤
Starting weight: 161 lb
**Note: I am currently also on Day 19 of Rosie Graham's 30-day Summer workout and on a calorie deficit 😊

Ответитьim here again just wanted to say that Jo tought me a healthy habit of doing sports/cardio every day. i started with 14 day workout in May, now its mid August, im on calorie deficit and these workouts and i lost 6 kg - everything i put on since last august! its amazing and heart warming that its totally free
ОтветитьI've being doing glowwithjo workouts for about a month now. I started with 20min beginner workouts everyday and gradually started with the longer advanced ones (50min/1 hour) as i felt that i could push myself more.
I'm not doing any particular diet (i still eat healthy though) or any other workout, i don't go to the gym but i can still see some results. My stomach looks a bit flatter, abs a starting to forming too. Overall my body looks healthier and stronger
Yo i did it but i used 68 minutes instead am still proud of myself l though 🤭😊

ОтветитьJust finished day 1 today! Let me tell you this killed me and once I had finished I was shocked I burnt 1200 calories. I have been doing tabata abs and morning fitness workouts for the past two weeks and I’m pleased to say I have lost 3.4 kilos! I’m so excited to keep going and try this one. I will be doing this 4 times a week along with tabata abs.
I will update with results.
Jo has changed my life! I have noticed incredible results specially since I’m a mum and have had a C-section I have noticed I am not carrying as much fat and it doesn’t hang as much anymore!
Day 6-✅ finished! Burning 1200 5000 steps! Have lost .9 so far! Feeling so much stronger! I had two days break this week
