ОтветитьHey guys! Congrats on your food tour in Brașov! Small piece of info: the papanași (or papanashi 😛) dough is made with a lot of fresh cow cheese, a Romanian variant of Ricotta cheese and they are served with sour cream and a variety of jams (sour cherry, blueberry) that have an acidic note note in order to balance the fat and the sweet in the dish. As the majority f the foods you have tried at „La Ceaun” (or „At the cauldron”) the papanași are quite an indulgent food the need some time spent at the gym. But boy, do they worth it!
Best wishes and happy travel!
Porque ponen títulos en español si es un canal en inglés ? 🤔
ОтветитьYou have earned a special place in my heart with your wonderful description of my country. I live in Japan now and your videos made me feel closer to home. If you ever plan a trip to Japan, please let me know because I would be more than happy to help with anything you need.
ОтветитьHi my friend i subscriber your channel. I see your video so nice.
ОтветитьLovely from I N D I A. ❤️🇮🇳
Ответитьoh no, you should dip the onion slice in salt and then take a bite with the ciorba de fasole :)). And eat all the bread. And papanasi its like a donut but is has cow cheese in it. :))
ОтветитьYou look like, young, Eric Roberts!

ОтветитьSuper nice couple
ОтветитьIf you come back to Romania I recommend Amandină, it's a super syrupy chocolate cake with chocolate cream and chocolate fondant.
ОтветитьOmg you eat so much lol
ОтветитьI Love Romania ❤❤❤❤ 🟥🟥🟨🟨🟦🟦
ОтветитьYou can eat the bread too, after finishing the bean soup. If you’re still hungry.

ОтветитьMadam offer letter Mil giyaa 4month ho gey but parmit ny milaa
ОтветитьThose snacks u eat there is perfectly normal for me (a romanian )
ОтветитьBeautiful Hungarian historical region!
ОтветитьToo bad the menu seems to be pretty standard across. Papanasi may be good, but it's on the low end as far as Romanian deserts are concerned. Glorified doughnuts, as you noticed. I hope the exquisite pastry shops in central Bucharest (such as Athenee Palace) are still there, as they were some decades ago when I was last there. It's where you need to go to taste deserts that have no equal even in France (imho).
ОтветитьHaha American accent but she says HHHerbs.
ОтветитьYou eat the soup with the bread and take a bite of the onion. The aubergine spread you eat with the bread and tomato and onion at the same time, the flavors mix well all together. The sarmale you take on your fork polenta with sarmale you dip in cream and you bite the pepper after, all flavors need to mix in your mouth. Of course, you can eat it as you please.
Ответить''Covrig is Italian or German origin. The Romanian is usually boiled and then baked in the oven. Not the one you got, that one is like a fast food chain product.
ОтветитьCum îi cheamă
Ответитьthat little Bee 🐝 attacks was is so beautiful 😻 we need more attack like that
ОтветитьOnly considering the exists, Romania is 2nd country in this world regarding immigration. After Syria. Considering entries too, it is the first.
ОтветитьThis is Brassó in Hungary, not romania
ОтветитьAll Balkan food is influenced by Turks
ОтветитьIn Romanian you pronounce all the letters. So "Fasole" is F-a-s-o-l-e - you must hear all the letters.
Ответитьyallow stuff its corn meal .
Ответитьits called eggplan salad . corbâ its soup . cibu its name of the city . after eat all the soup you eat the bread .
Ответитьyes u eat all the bread not at the end tho you eat it with the beans
ОтветитьI can't see shit because the writing is massive 🤨😏🤦♀️
ОтветитьWho had the genius idea to put the writing all over the screen ?! 🤨😏🤦♀️
ОтветитьFood in Europe in general is way much better, and can be cheaper, than in North America. There are a lot of farmer markets in Romania, and that gives it a nice vibe to Romania's yummy part of life. Romanians have a great historical bond with their lands, whatever their ethnicity. You'd think the USA, Canada are models of multi-culturalism, but our North American model is fabricated and pushed from top by politicians. Romanian model of multi-culturalism is subtle, historical and was build in centuries from grass roots, without political interventionism. Yes, and then Communism happened without our approval or desire, but thank God, we are on the good side of history now! Visiting soon, so you have warmed up my appetite for mici, tocanitza, bulz, and my favourite ciorba: ciorba Radautzeana. I love all deserts back home, so visiting my local Cofetarie is a daily fitness activity for me when back home. As a traditional soft drink, try natural "Socata" (I think it is made from Elderberry flowers). Thanks for sharing your adventures !
ОтветитьI like mici
ОтветитьBravo! feĺicitarii! (Un vampir din Brasov Transilvaania)
ОтветитьBeautiful
