I guess this particular FBI agent Rick Deslauriers was involved in the investigation of the Oklahoma City bombing of 1995.

I really like the simple piano chords played when Rick Deslauriers arrives. It somehow really taps into the confusion after a terrorist attack. A numbing feeling.

Most countries do not dramatise terrorism like this in movies out of respect eg The London bombings which were much worse but yanks can't help dramatising these events in an attempt to show how heroic they are with mostly fictional characters.
