I am a hindu and found meditation and yoga are best to cure our bodies , minds , and also help removing toxicity , I also want to say that yoga is a practice invented by old vedic practices but that has nothing to do with some people not doing it on religious basis ( I have seen some muslims refusing yoga as it has religious basis ) but something which is good for your health should never be mixed with religious stuff , I have never seen a muslim or other religion people performing yoga and dying instead they have improved their lifestyle
Just advice - do yoga or meditation it has changed my life to next level
