Lately I've suffered strong cramps, back pain and digestive issues due to my period.
It has got worse over the years and I even started taking cramp relieving and pain medication which I didn't use to before.
Does anyone have any tips?
Maybe for a plant based remedy?
I hope y'all are doing well.
Although period pain can be overwhelming, it helps to keep in mind that it will be over soon.

What I like best about this video, and some of your "bed yoga" and "beginner yoga" videos that I practice is that they are slow, gentle, and really let me get into the moves without strain. So many yoga channels have "beginner" videos with all kinds of crazy inverted poses or things requiring ridiculous flexibility. And I know you have some advanced routines as well. But the poses in this video and others like it are easily adjusted to one's own level of flexibility, and the time you take gives me the chance to find that level of flexibility and hopefully improve it over time. I can do your videos with my daughter, who is far more flexible than I am, but she enjoys it equally well.
