What motherboard would you reccomend with a Rtx 2060 super and ryzen 7 5700x?

I watched this video back in jan 2021 and bought the asrock b550 steel legend cause im a sucker for post codes as well. now sadly it died and after RMA they dont have it in stock anymore and now im getting downgraded to an asus tuf b550m-e wifi. Honestly loved the steel legend

Are these B550 able to overclocking CPU and GPUs?

I have the Gigabyte b550m Aorus Pro and it seems it died just a few months before it's 3 year warranty was up. I have the Asus Tuff Gaming b550 Plus with WiFi 6 coming this week and I'll see if their motherboard or GPU, the RX 5700 XT is what died. After changing thermal paste a month back or so, I couldn't get a display. It's plugged into a HDMI hub and switches from my PS4 Pro when I turn my PC on but there's no display and it says my display is going to sleep.

Both the motherboard and GPU by Gigabyte have died on me before. The 5700 XT was DOA the first order and the replacement has been working fine. So the only thing I can guess is that the motherboard just died. I will see when the Tuff Gaming b550 Plus comes this week.

I also think the b550m Aorus Pro died because it will display the BIOS screen without a CPU plugged in up until it supposedly died a month or two ago, I tested it with my GTX 970 SSC and it does the same thing as my RX 5700 XT does. My 970 worked the last time I tried it years ago and it does the exact same thing as my RX 5700 XT, so I'm all but certain the motherboard died

Asrock steel board is better for all white builds relatively gets really expensive comparing to other companies..

I sent MSI my MB CPU and memory after the MB shorted and caught fire. I talked to Tom Ho and told him I'm sending the vag card with the MB, CPU, mem. i just got the vga card and nothing else. They said they never had received the rest of the parts. Not true. So I'm sitting here with an empty case after a few months of arguing with customer service. July now September. Well my 15 year old computer died today and I'm forced to buy a new MB and CPU and memory to fill the empty MSI case I have. It will be filled with Asus products as their products are professional grade and don't burn up, like the new MSI motherboard did to me. Must have been a short in the design a long time ago but still sold the crap to consumers

Enjoy the free burnt up MB and damaged memory and CPU your company wanted to hide and keep, to hold so tight, like as of it was worth anything at all. Poorly made and useless to anyone. You can't stop me from posting bad reviews about your customer service and the poor quality products your company sells. It's already tanking and you will all have to find a new job soon.

Damn all the cheaper boards showcased here cost the same as the boards without ANY vrm heat sinks here in South Africa. For the price you're able to get a Z board for the price if a B board which is so stupid idk who prices these things here and think it's okay 😂 then intel boards cost double the price and nobody wants the motherboards with no vrm heat sinks. For about $150 in South African Rands when you made this video compared to today the prices should be cheaper by at least $10-30 but not here in South Africa. You'll find the MSI B450M Pro VDH selling for $130 - $150 and that's not a B550M yet it costs way more. They'll even bundle it up with a Ryzen 5000 series cpu knowing damn well it doesn't support it out the box

You are correct on the ds3h board if you overclock it at all the vrm will get so hot you can smell it cooking with 7 120mm fans running full blast and a 200mm intake fan aswell, it works fine on stock but if your pushing the limit stay away from it far away
This is with a 5600x 6C/12T and a RTX 3070ti NO OC on the GPU JUST CPU

Its just me or, the b550 steel legend rgb is simply horrible, i mean the b450 can display the full rainbow effect, all colors at the same time, and this one, just couldn't can only display a single color instead of displaying all as b450, its just me or someone else can figure out this situation??

I just bought an Asrock B550m Steel Legend for 109usd and I think it was a good deal having seen the video!
I have an R7 3800X Gold Lottery that I buy second-hand, I don't do much OC but here (Paraguay) it is very Hot (All year round) and I have been able to make a very good undervolt and have it cool!

why did the aorus elite v2 fix almost all the complaints? (led are there and there is a type c header) Did Gigabyte watch?
