GPS Synchronized Clock (FPGA)

This is an FPGA based GPS Synchronized Clock that I built. It is accurate to 1ms once it gets a GPS lock. I don't have a camera that is fast enough to capture down to the millisecond in slow-motion, but I have verified with an oscilloscope that it changes every 1ms.
