Struggling with addiction and how it’s robbed me of so much including me knowing who I am. Each day I can only think about how it ending my life would just fix the problem. However my heart knows that would only cause my family so much pain. I’ve already put them through enough. I need help, I need it so bad. Please send help my way. Im desperate to get my old self back and get this demon called “drug addiction out of my life once and for all!!!

I kinda feel bad for my younger self.
She was such a warmhearted little girl, always smiled and was shouting all the time and she just had a silly,small world,she didn't know anything after that.
But Gradually That lil gurl became a grown up and started to find that the world is way more complicated that she thought.
And Now Im unable to become that past lil girl who had lots of freedom and who smiled a lot..
I feel like I ruined her everything..
Can someone say am I depressed?
I can't even sleep,my sleep cycles has broken.. I usually sleep at 3.00am and its not good for my health..Im crying always I can't tolerate it..

I hope everything is going to be fine as you know that the night doesn't last longer, the sun will start to shine gradually. So everything gonna be ok,just face all the hard times bravely! Don't underestimate your self coz I know u are capable enough to do anything that's why the god chose you not others for the difficulties that are u going through now ,your struggles will worth oneday! Don't give up!

i started crying 1 min into this.. went from me giving myself positive comments and telling myself i can get through it then i went up and got so pissed at my mom and started crying even harder than i was now im still crying thinking of how i’m a terrible person. nice. good video tho it made me realize a few things 😭. will finish crying now.
