Why No Treatment can Revive Dead Hair Follicles, but Regrowth of Dormant Follicles is Possible

I am 30 yo male. I have developed severe hair loss and bald patterns from front as well as on crown in last 6 months.

Will this hair loss stop automatically or I need treatments?

My doctor has prescribed me Procapil + vitamin supplements. Is this treatment is enough to prevent further balding? Will i able to regrow hair on recently developed bald patches with this treatment?

I got a boil on my head (march) and it was severe. After it healed, it left me with a bald spot, my confidence and self-esteem went downhill. It's been two months and there's still no sign of hair growth. Do you think it's still possible to regrow it?

My plan is to use minoxidil and finasteride for approximately 12 months to strengthen and regrow as much of my existing hair as possible. Then, I will be getting a FUE hair transplant to fill in my hairline and whichever areas didn’t grow back from the medical treatment alone. Then, I will maintain with topical minoxidil and finasteride to maximize my potential and minimize additional hair loss. I’m about two months in and am already seeing new hair growth. I also have been micro needling twice a week.

Hi Dr, My wife had to undergo a neuro surgery for removal of brain tumor, post surgery there is a scare on her head where there is no hair growth.
