You are amazing and THIS is amazing. I do an ok job at stayin pretty positive up their in my ol noggin haha but there are definitely times where I am not so nice to myself. I have never thought of trying to alter the way I speak to myself and turning it into something I would say to a friend but I think I'll definitely start. very wise. beyond your years. it seems like you would not have to say to yourself "treat yourself as a friend, be a friend", and yet that is so true that our self talk is often not supportive and affirmative. well said and not easy to share.
