American Sniper - Official Trailer [HD]

Just watched this film. So many mixed feelings. I find it strange how from an Amercian perspective this Chris Kyle is put on a pedastool. I smell a strong stench of American partriotist propaganda. We are lead to beleive that the Americans are right in how they responded and that the so called enemy is the other side. This guy killed who knows how many and how many of those were women. The story ends with him being killed by a US war veteran which goes to prove damage done to these guys by putting them in situations where they are forced to chose who lives and dies by their own hand. There are no heros here. War is an evil that sadly we cannot avoid. But it is dangerous to believe that one side is right and the other wrong.

I’d like to know if his wife was as whiny and whingy as she was portrayed in the film. My god was she annoying. Constantly bawling

Smartest thing Brad Cooper ever did was sign on to this. He got to work with Clint Eastwood, and it officially made him a Star. Love or hate the subject matter, it’s a great film.

I saw this trailer before in addition to a TV documentary about the late Chris Kyle this morning as a matter of fact. And I admit that after seeing that, I don't know what to really say or believe. I respect & appreciate those who serve. But this documentary is really mystifies me in regards to what about a person what's real & what's not.

The true hero is the Iraqi sniper.

If he would of known who he was fighting for he would of been sniping his own government.

The ending made me sick

The part where Chris wife called him, whilst he is working .... She is just so distracting and annoying. In that situation, she should just end the call, and get back into the hospital. But, she is so dramatic .... Crying in public. For God's sake, her husband was trying to kill the sniper. And he sure was distracted by her stupid phone call, to announce the gender of their baby. She could have done it at a much better appropriate time. Well, thank God for Chris, he is no longer around to get distracted by her. She can go and distract other people.
