Ever "skip trace" an owner of a property in serious need of rehabbing? Property may not have a sign outside. He/she may want to sell rather than rehab the property.

Are you now going to do commercial along with residential property?

It's a more grown up side of you and A is really getting good in front of the camera! He's a natural. Although I am in LA I find the differences in regard to investment property between GB and here really interesting. The luxury real estate market a la" Selling Sunset",is of course,on a whole other level largely due to entertainment industries located here. There are some truly SPECTACULAR homes AND commercial spaces!

Shopping, hunting property couple on the move watch out!!

Walking an area seems silly, but you can see the neighborhood. Maybe there's a good reason a property is available or below market rate. Too many people are focused on how much it costs and not marketability.

I'm a landlord in the U.S.. I'm curious how you choose tenants and how they have worked out so far.
